We are organizing a marathon event in the near future towards fundraising for the construction of a Community Health centre at Birongo,Taracha sub-location, Nyabiosi village, Kisii County. We are requesting you to donate towards this project. The centre will be offering the following services.
a) HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Centre (CCC)
b)To provide free ARV’S to the infected
c)To provide treatment to HIV/AIDS through traditional methods.
d)To provide care and support to the infected
e)To train and create awareness to the community
f) Provide free Voluntary Counseling and testing(VCT) services to the Community
g)Provide relevant information on status of HIV/AIDS
h)Provide Counseling services to people addicted to alcoholism and drugs that contributes the increase of HIV/AIDS infections.
We are expecting to raise Kshs. 50,000,000/= for the construction of the CENTRE OF HOPE BUILDING. Donate so as to save and add life to someone else in need.
THE CENTRE OF HOPE BUILDING
Will be located at Birongo, Nyabiosi Village Kisii County, the three storey building that will house the BCHC Centre of Hope will be one of its kind in the County and it will contain the following services:
1st Floor.
New home of Birongo Community Health centre‘s physicians, nurses, pharmacy and Counseling services. The health Centre, which has an interdisciplinary approach to primary health Care, will also be an entry for specialized health services at the Birongo Community Health Centre. With greater space and a central location the Birongo Community C entre will be a hub of activity and a cornerstone services in the efforts to improve the health of those most in need Kisii County and surrounding neighhours .
2nd Floor.
The partnership floor will house the hope aid Dental Clinic and service providers who will connect those clients who are often hardest to reach with the services they need. Also the floor will house providers of counseling and support to those addicted with drugs and will connect with providers to provide a comprehensive cross service care.
3rd Floor.
New home of Camp Counselors Africa Aids Programs. On this floor CCA will house their prevention, health, promotion and support programs, as well as their administration team. Here HIV clients will meet with peers or counselors, eat a hot meal and talk about their challenges .The space will be safe private place where some of Kisii County and the surrounding most marginalized individuals can meet with staff and be heard.
