ABOUT US
BACKGROUND
Camp Counselors Africa (CCA) is a worldwide educational and service organization aimed at educating, training and empowering the community to be able to deal with challenges in life. It was the noble idea of the founders who saw the need of Kenyan population and indeed the rest of African  come together and face the challenges of their future life with  HOPE AND DETERMINATION.

It was founded in 1997 and registered as a Non Governmental Organization.  (N.G.O) on 9th September, 1999. It serves as global cultural exchange programme (Tourism) where young Africans experience working with children and also offer services to the community in various countries.  

2.OBJECTIVES
Educate, train, and empower communities, socially, economically and morally.

Being an international NGO, Camp Counselors Africa is geared to offer its services internationally and network with other like minded businesses, individuals, organizations , governments and other developing partners in order to achieve our goals.

The organization has the best trained counselors in all areas who are ready and willing to participate in crisis, disasters, calamities and in any other misfortune worldwide. We offer couseling services to institutions e.g schools, colleges, hospitals, prisons, orphanege homes and the public in general.

CCA has been working with the community in areas of poverty alleviation, HIV/AIDS Awareness and malaria prevention among others.

Internationally the organization play an active role in cultural exchange program where young Africans participate in cultural exchange program with other countries. The organization also hosts International Tourism Volunteers who plans to give their volunteer services to the community as they tour beautiful tourist sites in our wonderful Kenya and the rest of Africa.

CAMPING
Camping is another international activity that we offer. Infact the organization is the main supplier of counselors to Summer Camps all over the world. We train and equip them with the basic skills and techniques in the field of camping.

We hold three camping events in a year for both local and international campers ( April, August & December). Check our Camping events.

MOTTO
Our motto is:- Where there is no counsel, people fall, but in a multitude of counselors, there is safety. To ensure that we are in tune with our motto, the organization is embarked in training counselors both localy and internationally to make sure that there is safety among the world community. We are establishing a college for that course.

To have a community which is fully empowered to deal with diseases, poverty, crisis and conflitcs

To embark on educating, counseling, comforting and giving hope to humanity!
